Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Basement Waterproofing across Loudon because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Licensed & insured in TN · Real warranties
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Loudon area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Loudon technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Loudon homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Loudon crews hear about most.
Odor is often the very first clue Loudon homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Small cracks in a Loudon foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Loudon homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Loudon basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
Storm season keeps our Loudon emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Loudon foundation cracks with epoxy injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Loudon homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
